You can also pick up in store for free by appointment only (limited availability).  

Sadly, this is not an option and do not offer this service at this time.

We are pleased to offer shipping to lots of destination around the world. 

If you are unsure if we would be able to ship your destination please email us at sales@granddrams.com prior to purchase. 

All charges relating to the importation of your shipment is the purchasers responsibility. Your order will most likely be subject to customs duty, taxes and levy when it arrives in the destination country.

In this case you will be contacted by the shipper or directly by your local customs for this payment. Buyers are solely responsible for knowing their charges and you should speak with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.
Orders will not be classed as gifts when leaving GDI Limited.

No. There is not VAT if shipped outside of the UK. As per the above, you will be liable for customs charges.

Yes, we are delighted to have you come and collect your order however it is by appointment and appointments are of limited availability.

Please know, all payments are to be completed online prior to the collection. 

Further to this, we operate an age verification policy whereby if you look under 25, we will need proof of age. Passports and driver’s licenses are valid forms of identification.

No, we will endeavour to have them priced at exactly the same rate. If you do notice an inconsistency please do let us know. 

As soon as we have received payment for your order you will be sent a copy of this via email. 

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched the courier will send you your tracking either by email or text. The tracking number will be from one of the following couriers –

We all love a release day! We will be alerting all of our customers at the same time via our email and social channels. If you would like to subscribe you can do so by clicking the icons on the footer of the website.

If the item is pictured with a box, this too will be supplied. If there is no box in the picture, the item will not come with a box. We remind customers that not all items listed are brand new, some may come with minor imperfections and are indeed second hand. This will especially be the case for older vintages which have been purchased through private collection or auction.
