UK Delivery:

Express Delivery: £4.99 1 – 4 working days (Order to be placed by 11am)

Please note:

• Orders need to be placed before the cut-off time shown for express delivery.
• If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be dispatched the following working day.
• Delivery times exclude bank holidays.
• For international delivery please see below. 

International Delivery

We ship to as many global locations as possible using a number of different carriers, but there are some restrictions – please check that we can deliver to your location before placing your order.

Delivery Restrictions and Information

• UK PO Boxes: Orders with Post Box Numbers as delivery addresses will not be dispatched and processing will be delayed while we contact you for a valid delivery address
• Europe: Important: We regret to announce that we currently cannot ship to Sweden, Spain, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Italy or France.
• USA:  The only states we cannot ship to: Utah, Arkansas, Alaska & Iowa.There are currently severe delays at US customs which is impacting the delivery time of all USA shipments. Please expect significant transit delays until US Customs clears the backlog.  Tracking numbers are not available or provided for USA shipments. The 25% USA Tariff has been temporarily suspended. 
• We ask for your patience as with the dramatically reduced UK to USA flight numbers combined with the increase in the volume of shipments going to the USA, significant delays from the couriers are inevitable. Please be assured we will do our utmost to have your order shipped promptly and safely. 
• UAE, Canada & Russia: Please note: We do not ship to UAE, Canada or Russia. However, if you would like to arrange your own shipping we can pack your order for a small fee.
• Norway: No products with an alcohol-by-volume (ABV) over 60% may be sent.
• Taiwan: Order must not exceed 5 litres total per order/shipment. Please order in separate transactions every 5L or call the office on +(0)1463210427 for additional options.

Customs and Import Duties:  All local customs/duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Note: We can not provide refunds on orders which are delayed or returned to us due to any unpaid custom charges or for any administrative reasons.

Brexit: Important changes and updates since the 1st of January 2021: VAT on Purchases: VAT will not be charged by Grand Drams for goods leaving the UK.

EU customs, duties, VAT or fees: These will be calculated in accordance with local government customs rules when bottles arrive at the border of the country of destination.  The VAT rate charged will vary depending on your location.  We would strongly advise checking local government guidance prior to ordering.

The courier (DHL, UPS ect) or your local customs office will contact you for payment when your shipment arrives at the border.
